ProHealth Pathway (MedNurse Consult) provides advisory and educational services. We do not guarantee visa approvals, job placements, OSCE examination success, or specific immigration outcomes. All services are informational and consultative in nature. Final decisions rest with UK Home Office, NMC, employers, and other relevant authorities.
2.User Eligibility and Responsibilities

Maximum Liability:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to MedNurse Consult for the specific service in question.

OSCE Tutorial Services
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your enrollment in and use of OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination) tutorial services provided by ProHealth Pathway (MedNurse Consult) ("we," "us", or"our"). By purchasing or participating in our OSCE tutorial services, you ("Student" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
1.1 Tutorial Packages: ProHealth Pathway (MedNurse Consult) offers various OSCE tutorial packages including but not limited to: VIP 1-on-1 Coaching (£1,000), Complete Group Course (£600), Digital Manual (£200), and Physical Tutorial Sessions (£500). Specific package details, duration, and inclusions will be confirmed at the time of booking.
1.2 Service Scope: Our tutorials are designed to help prepare students for the NMC OSCE examination. We provide guidance, practice sessions, feedback, and study materials. However, we do not guarantee exam success or specific outcomes.
1.3 Delivery Method: Tutorials may be delivered in-person (physical tutorials in UK locations), online via video conferencing, or through digital materials, depending on the package selected.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.
2.2 Payment Plans: Where payment plans are offered, a minimum 60% deposit is required upfront, with the balance due before the commencement of tutorials or as otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3 Late Payments: Failure to complete payment by the agreed date may result in suspension of access to tutorial services until payment is received in full.
2.4 Currency: All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellation by Student: Students may cancel their enrollment subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellation more than 14 days before the scheduled start date: Full refund minus £50 administrative fee
- Cancellation 7-14 days before start date: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 7 days before start date or after commencement: No refund
3.2 Digital Products: Digital manuals and ebooks are non-refundable once access has been granted or materials have been downloaded.
3.3 Cancellation by ProHealth Pathway (MedNurse Consult):We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tutorial sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
3.4 Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
4. Rescheduling
4.1 Student Requests: Students may request to reschedule tutorial sessions with at least 48 hours notice at no additional charge. Requests with less than 48 hours notice may incur a £30 rescheduling fee.
4.2 Missed Sessions: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a forfeited session with no refund or rescheduling available.
4.3 Rescheduling Limit: Each booking may be rescheduled up to two (2) times. Additional rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
5. Student Responsibilities
5.1 Attendance: Students are expected to attend all scheduled tutorial sessions punctually and prepared.
5.2 Conduct: Students must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during all interactions with tutors and other students.
5.3 Materials: Students are responsible for providing any required personal materials (e.g., stethoscope, pen, notepad) unless explicitly included in the package.
5.4 Practice: Students are expected to complete assigned practice exercises and preparation work between sessions.
5.5 Technical Requirements: For online sessions, students must ensure they have a stable internet connection, functioning camera and microphone, and appropriate device.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership: All tutorial materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, presentations, practice scenarios, and study guides, are the intellectual property of ProHealth Pathway (MedNurse Consult) and are protected by copyright law.
6.2 License: Students are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use tutorial materials solely for their personal preparation for the OSCE examination.
6.3 Prohibited Uses: Students may not:
- Share, distribute, sell, or transfer tutorial materials to any third party
- Record, reproduce, or copy tutorial sessions without written permission
- Use materials for commercial purposes
- Upload materials to any file-sharing or public platform
6.4 Violations: Breach of intellectual property terms may result in immediate termination of services without refund and potential legal action.
7. Confidentiality
7.1 Student Information: We will maintain the confidentiality of your personal information in accordance with UK data protection laws (GDPR).
7.2 Tutorial Content: Information shared during tutorial sessions will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
7.3 Group Sessions: Students participating in group tutorials agree to maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' performance and personal information.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 No Guarantee: While we strive to provide high-quality tutorial services, we do not guarantee that students will pass the OSCE examination. Success depends on multiple factors including student effort, prior knowledge, and examination conditions.
8.2 Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the tutorial services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific tutorial package.
8.3 Indirect Damages: We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including but not limited to lost time, lost opportunity, or exam failure.
8.4 Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for any third-party services or platforms used in conjunction with our tutorials (e.g., video conferencing platforms, payment processors).
9. Termination
9.1 By Student: Students may terminate their enrollment subject to the cancellation policy in Section 3.
9.2 By ProHealth Pathway (MedNurse Consult): We reserve the right to terminate a student's enrollment immediately without refund if the student:
- Violates these Terms
- Engages in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior
- Shares or distributes proprietary materials
- Fails to make required payments
9.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, the student's access to all tutorial materials and sessions will cease immediately
10. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, government restrictions, natural disasters, power failures, or internet outages. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to enrolled students. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the tutorial services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
OSCE Digital Manual & Ebook Products
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital OSCE preparation materials including ebooks, digital manuals, and downloadable study resources ("Digital Products") provided by ProHealth Pathway (MedNurse Consult). By purchasing or downloading our Digital Products, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Product Description
1.1 Digital Products: MedNurse Consult offers various digital OSCE preparation materials including but not limited to: comprehensive digital manuals, ebooks, practice scenarios, study guides, and downloadable resources ("Digital Products"). Current pricing is £200 for the complete OSCE Digital Manual, subject to change.
1.2 Format: Digital Products may be delivered in various formats including PDF, ePub, or through secure online access portals. The specific format will be communicated at the time of purchase.
1.3 Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive access credentials or download links via email within 24 hours. Access to cloud-based materials is provided for the duration specified in your purchase (typically lifetime access unless otherwise stated).
1.4 Updates: We may update Digital Products periodically to reflect current examination standards. Customers who have purchased the product will receive updates at no additional cost for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
2. Payment and Purchase
2.1 Payment: Full payment is required before access to Digital Products is granted. All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Payment Methods: We accept payment via bank transfer, PayPal, and other methods as communicated during the purchase process.
2.3 Confirmation: You will receive a purchase confirmation and receipt via email upon successful payment.
2.4 Failed Transactions: If payment fails or is declined, access to Digital Products will not be granted until payment is successfully completed.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
3.1 No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once access has been granted or materials have been downloaded, no refunds will be provided.
3.2 Pre-Access Cancellation: If you cancel your order before receiving access credentials or download links, a full refund will be provided.
3.3 Defective Products: If you receive a defective or corrupted file, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will either provide a corrected version or issue a full refund at our discretion.

6.3 Updates: We may update materials periodically. Customers who purchased within the past 12 months will receive updates at no additional charge via email notification.
6.4 Content Changes: We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any Digital Product at any time without prior notice.
7. Technical Requirements
7.1 Device Compatibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring their devices are compatible with the file formats provided. Common requirements include
- PDF reader (Adobe Acrobat, Apple Books, etc.)
- ePub-compatible ebook reader
- Stable internet connection for downloads and online access
7.2 Storage: Customers must ensure sufficient storage space on their devices for downloaded materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.2 Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Digital Products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product.
8.3 Consequential Damages: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Use or inability to use Digital Products
- Unauthorized access to your materials
- Errors or omissions in content
- Examination failure
8.4 Third-Party Links: Digital Products may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of such third parties.
9. Data Protection and Privacy

10. Termination of Access
10.1 Breach of Terms: We reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to Digital Products if you breach these Terms, particularly regarding unauthorized distribution or sharing.
10.2 Account Suspension:If we suspect unauthorized sharing or distribution, we may suspend access pending investigation.
10.3 No Refund Upon Termination: Termination for breach of Terms does not entitle you to a refund.
11. Dispute Resolution

11.2 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of Digital Products after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to existing customers.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ProHealth Pathway (MedNurse Consult) regarding Digital Products and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Before you review the detailed terms below, you must understand these fundamental points about our visa application services:
ProHealth Pathway (MedNurse Consult) provides professional assistance with visa application preparation and submission. We guide you through the process, help you prepare documents, complete forms accurately, and submit applications properly. However, we do not work for immigration authorities, we cannot influence their decisions, and we cannot guarantee that any visa application will be approved.
The immigration authorities of the United Kingdom make all final decisions about visa applications based on their own criteria, policies, and assessment of your individual circumstances. These decisions are entirely outside our control.
Our service fee covers our professional assistance with the application process itself, not the outcome of that process. We maintain an 80% success rate across all visa applications we have managed, demonstrating our expertise and thorough approach to application preparation.
Processing times are determined by immigration authorities and can vary from weeks to many months depending on circumstances completely beyond our control. Our fees are non-refundable once we begin work on your application, regardless of the final decision made by immigration authorities.

1. Introduction and Agreement
By engaging ProHealth Pathway (MedNurse Consult) for visa application processing services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms govern all aspects of our visa application services, including assistance with application forms, document preparation, submission support, and related consultation services.
2. Service Description
We provide comprehensive visa application services for nurses and healthcare professionals seeking to migrate to the United Kingdom. Our services include guidance on completing visa application forms, document preparation and verification, submission assistance, and consultation regarding qualifying professional examinations required for registration in your destination country. qualifying professional requirements.
We offer three service packages:
- STANDARD PACKAGE: Complete document review, application form guidance, cover letter preparation, and email support throughout the process.
- PREMIUM PACKAGE: Everything in Standard Package plus priority WhatsApp support, financial requirement calculations, mock interview preparation, and one complimentary reapplication if initially unsuccessful (subject to terms in Section 8).
- PREMIUM PLUS PACKAGE: verything in Premium Package plus within-1-hour response time during business hours, personal phone consultations with our principal consultant, and comprehensive post-decision support.
3. Eligibility and Approval
The applicant must satisfy all eligibility requirements established by the immigration authorities for the specific visa category being applied for. While MedNurse Consult provides expert guidance throughout the application process, we cannot guarantee the approval of any visa application. The final decision rests solely with the relevant immigration authorities, and approval is contingent upon meeting all requirements set by those authorities.
Our track record shows an 80% success rate across all visa applications managed since our establishment. However, this historical success rate does not constitute a guarantee for any individual application.
4. Application Process and Responsibilities
The applicant is required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information along with all documentation specified by MedNurse Consult. Our team will review and verify all submitted documents, complete the necessary application forms, and provide assistance in submitting your visa application to the appropriate immigration authorities.
However, it remains the applicant's ultimate responsibility to ensure that all information provided is accurate and truthful. Any misrepresentation or provision of false information may result in application rejection and potential legal consequences imposed by immigration authorities. MedNurse Consult reserves the right to terminate services immediately without refund if we discover that false or misleading information has been provided.
5. Fees and Payment Structure
A non-refundable service fee is charged for MedNurse Consult's visa application assistance. The exact service fee will be clearly disclosed to you before you commit to our services and will be outlined in your service agreement. Our fees vary by visa type and service package selected.
IMPORTANT DISTINCTION:
Our service fee covers only our professional consultation and application preparation services. This fee does NOT include:
- UK government visa application fees
- Immigration Health Surcharge
- Biometric fees
- Priority or Super Priority service fees
- Translation or certification costs
- Courier fees
- Any other government or third - party charges
Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of the application process, or alternatively, payment may be made through our installment payment plan where available. Installment plans require a 60% deposit to commence work, with the balance paid in agreed installments before application submission. A £50 administrative fee applies to all installment arrangements.
All payments to ProHealth Pathway (MedNurse Consult) must be made through the payment methods we have authorized and communicated to you. We accept payment in GBP (British Pounds) or other foreign currencies at the exchangeProHealth Pathway (MedNurse Consult) at the time of payment.
6. Refund Policy
The service fee paid to ProHealth Pathway (MedNurse Consult) is non-refundable once the application process has commenced. This means that once we have begun working on your application (defined as initial document review or application form preparation), no refund will be issued regardless of the outcome.
If you cancel services before we commence work (before initial document review), you may receive a refund minus a £100 administrative fee.
In the event that your visa application is not approved by the immigration authorities, ProHealth Pathway (MedNurse Consult) bears no responsibility for any costs incurred or consequences arising from the rejection of your application. We recommend that applicants carefully consider their eligibility and the completeness of their documentation before engaging our services.
7. Processing Times and Timelines
ProHealth Pathway (MedNurse Consult) commits to processing visa applications with diligence and in a timely manner. Our internal service standards are:
- Initial document review: Within 3 business days of receiving complete documentation
- Application form completion: Within 5 business days of document approval
- Response to client queries: Within 24 hours (Standard Package) or 1 hour (Premium Plus Package)
However, processing times by immigration authorities are ultimately determined by those authorities and are therefore beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. Applicants should be aware that processing times vary significantly depending on the visa category, country of application, time of year, and the workload of immigration authorities.
Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to backlogs at immigration offices, requests for additional documentation, security checks, or administrative processing by the authorities. ProHealth Pathway (MedNurse Consult) is not liable for any consequences resulting from such delays.
8. Reapplication Policy (NEW - Effective January 1, 2026)
STANDARD PACKAGE CLIENTS:
If your visa application is refused by immigration authorities, you may engage MedNurse Consult for reapplication assistance at a 50% discounted service fee. This discounted rate applies only if:
- You engage our services for reapplication within 60 days of receiving your refusal notice
- You provide us with the complete refusal letter/notice from immigration authorities
- The refusal was not due to false information provided by you
- You are not subject to an immigration ban
PREMIUM PACKAGE CLIENTS:
Your package includes ONE complimentary reapplication if your initial application is refused, subject to the following conditions:
- You must provide the refusal letter within 14 days of receipt
- You must respond to our reapplication strategy consultation within 30 days
- The refusal must be due to correctible documentation issues, not fundamental ineligibility
- The refusal was not due to false information provided by you or immigration ban
- You must provide any additional documentation we request within agreed timeframes
- This benefit expires 90 days after the refusal decision
If a second reapplication is needed, standard reapplication rates apply (50% discount).
PREMIUM PLUS PACKAGE CLIENTS:
Same terms as Premium Package, with extended consultation support and priority scheduling for reapplication.
IMPORTANT: Reapplication services do not include new government visa fees, which must be paid again by the applicant directly to immigration authorities.
9. Confidentiality and Data Protection
ProHealth Pathway (MedNurse Consult) treats all personal and confidential information provided by applicants with the highest level of care and security, in strict accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations, including UK GDPR where applicable.
Your personal information will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except in circumstances where disclosure is:
- Required by law

- Application delays or rejections
- Changes in immigration policy or requirements
- Additional costs incurred by the applicant
- Loss of employment opportunities
- Travel expenses or cancellation costs
- Accommodation costs
- Any other financial or non-financial losses
Our total liability under any circumstances is strictly limited to the amount of the service fee paid to ProHealth Pathway (MedNurse Consult) for the specific service in question.
11. Client Obligations and Cooperation
Clients must:
- Respond to our requests for information or documentation within 48 hours
- Attend scheduled consultations or provide 24 hours notice for rescheduling
- Inform us immediately of any changes to their circumstances that may affect their application
- Review all documents and forms we prepare before submission and confirm accuracy
- Comply with all instructions provided by MedNurse Consult
- Inform us of any previous visa refusals, immigration violations, or criminal history
Failure to meet these obligations may result in delays, application errors, or termination of services without refund.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (or Nigerian courts for services contracted within Nigeria).
Both parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections based on inconvenient forum. We encourage clients to resolve any concerns through direct communication with MProHealth Pathway (MedNurse Consult) before pursuing legal remedies.

15. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with your signed service agreement and payment receipt, constitute the entire agreement between you and ProHealth Pathway (MedNurse Consult) regarding visa application services. No verbal promises, representations, or modifications shall be binding unless confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of ProHealth Pathway (MedNurse Consult).
Job Application Services
1. Service Description
ProHealth Pathway (MedNurse Consult) provides job application support for internationally trained Adult Nurses, Midwives, and Mental Health Nurses seeking employment in the UK. Our services include job search, submission of job applications, and interview preparation.
2. Platforms Used
All job applications will be submitted exclusively through:
- Trac Jobs
- NHS Scotland Jobs
To prevent confusion, errors, or duplicated efforts:
- You or any third party must not submit job applications on your behalf on these platforms during the service period.
- Violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of our services without refund.
3. Application Schedule and Updates
- Applications are made 4 times per week, with 5 to 6 applications submitted each day.
- You will receive a daily update confirming completion of that day’s applications and the number submitted.
4. Application Termination & Mop-Up Phase
- Your job application process stops immediately after you secure your first interview.
- After the first interview is confirmed, we will conduct a mop-up round of applications for two (2) additional days. This increases your chances of getting multiple interviews.
5. Optional Post-Interview Extension
- If, after your first interview, you wish for us to continue submitting applications:
- A weekly fee of £20 will be charged in advance for continued support.
- This must be paid upfront before the start of each new week of applications.
6. Interview Preparation
- If you used our job application service: - Interview preparation sessions are charged at £17 per session (1 hour 30 minutes).
- If you did not use our application service:
- Interview preparation sessions cost £25 per session
7. Payment Terms
- The full job application package costs £150, payable in two parts:
- 60% (£90) upfront before applications begin.
- 40% (£60) no later than 2 weeks into the application process. - Interview preparation sessions must be paid in full at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
8. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, updated CVs, NMC registration, and required documents promptly.
- Do not modify or update profiles on Trac or NHS Scotland platforms while the application service is active.
- Notify us immediately upon receiving an interview invitation or job offer.
9. Refund Policy
- Initial payments are non-refundable once job applications have started.
- No partial refunds will be issued if the client withdraws after service begins.
10. Company Disclaimer
- ProHealth Pathway (MedNurse Consult) is not affiliated with the NHS or any employer.
- We cannot guarantee an interview or job offer. We commit to diligent applications to enhance your chances.
- All decisions to shortlist or hire lie solely with the employer.
11. Confidentiality and Data Protection
- All client data is handled in accordance with GDPR.
- Your information will never be shared or sold to third parties.
